Congratulations to OECM on 20 remarkable years!
When I think about what makes OECM so special, it’s the people and the culture that come to mind first. From the moment I joined in 2018, I felt welcomed into an organization that values inclusion, collaboration, and respect. It’s a place where colleagues genuinely care about one another, where everyone is encouraged to contribute, and where the culture feels less like a workplace and more like a family.
I’m especially grateful to be part of an organization that truly invests in its people—not only by creating opportunities to learn and grow, but by prioritizing employee well-being and supporting us through every stage of our journey. Looking back over the past several years, I’ve been fortunate to grow both personally and professionally through new opportunities and evolving responsibilities. The trust, encouragement, and mentorship I’ve received along the way have shaped who I am today, and for that, I will always be thankful.
Some of my most meaningful experiences have come from working alongside our SRM team members and colleagues, supplier partners and supporting our customers. Together, we’ve built strong relationships, navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and found new ways to create value. Those shared experiences have made my time at OECM incredibly rewarding and have reinforced the impact we can make when we work together toward a common purpose.
