Looking back on my journey at OECM, I realize how rewarding it has been to learn and grow over the years. I’ve had the opportunity to progress from a Contract Analyst to a Category Manager within the Supplier Relationship Management team, taking on new challenges and continuously learning along the way.
One of the things I’ve enjoyed most about my role has been building relationships with supplier partners across a wide range of industries. Every supplier brings a different perspective, and each conversation has deepened my understanding of their business while reinforcing how collaboration and strong partnerships lead to better outcomes for our customers. Working alongside colleagues, supplier partners, and customers has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career, and those relationships have shaped the way I approach my work.
As OECM celebrates its 20th anniversary, I value the relationships I’ve built, the experiences I’ve gained, and the opportunities I’ve been given. I’m looking forward to continuing to build on those relationships and contributing to the value we create together for our supplier partners and customers.
